Please Note: We do not offer free returns. Return shipping charges apply, and it is the customer's responsibility.

Return Policy

Is it possible to return my order?

Yes, you can return your order if you're not completely satisfied. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  1. The order must include all parts, components, and original packaging as received.
  2. The product has been handled normally, and any damage caused by careless handling will not be accepted.
  3. Products requiring hygiene standards must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return.
  4. The product must be found defective immediately upon receipt.
  5. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days, and, if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged.

We reserve the right to refuse returns if the items appear used or damaged due to the customer's fault.

How to Return Your Order

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. In your email, include:
    • Order number
    • Reason for return
    • A photo of the item if it is broken
    • Your full name
    • Your shipping address

Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the return address. Please do not return the product to the sender. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.


Cancellation Policy

As an Australian dropshipping store, we process orders as soon as they are placed using a fully automated system. This means we cannot cancel or modify orders once they are in the shipping process. A refund is not possible once the goods are dispatched.

Right to Cancel:

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) receives the goods. However, due to the nature of our dropshipping model, please be aware of the following:

  • If your items are already in transit, you cannot cancel the order. Please wait until the goods arrive and then initiate the return process.
  • Once your cancellation is received, please send us a shipping confirmation for a quicker return process.

Refunds for Cancellations:

If you cancel the contract within the specified time, we will refund any payments we've received from you, excluding delivery costs. If you selected an expedited delivery service (other than the standard option), any additional costs associated with that delivery will also not be refunded.

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you originally used for the transaction, unless we have agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees for the refund.


Important Note About Returns

All returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia at the customer's expense. Please ensure that your return is sent with tracking, as we cannot accept responsibility for lost or undelivered returns.
